By accessing and using this site, you accept the following terms and conditions, without limitation or qualification.

This site and the content provided in this site, including, but not limited to, graphic images, audio, video, html code, buttons, and text, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written consent of Florymedia, except that you may download, display, and print one copy of the materials on any single computer solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the material in any way and you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

Obligations & Warranties

  • The Agency warrants that it will provide the Services as stipulated in the Order using reasonable care and skill to conform in all material respects with the Specification.
  • The Agency shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet any performance dates specified in the Order but any such dates shall be estimates only and time shall not be of the essence for the provision of the Services. The Agency shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Services caused by a Force Majeure event or the Client’s failure to provide the Agency with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions relevant to the supply of the Services.

Client's Obligations & Indemnities

  • The Client shall provide assistance and technical information to the Agency, as reasonably required by the Agency in sufficient time to facilitate the execution of an Order in accordance with any estimated delivery dates or milestones.
  • The Client shall be obliged as quickly as possible and within the agreed deadline to comment on and or approve materials provided under the Services, including (without limitation) advertising copy, search terms and graphic material submitted by the Agency.
  • The Client shall be obliged to inform the Agency immediately of changes of domain names, websites, technical setup and any other material information regarding the technical infrastructure which may affect the Services delivered by the Agency.

Revision Policy

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package and you can demand as much revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs is met. You are not liable to pay additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You will have your revised design in 48 hours.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Refund Policy

Florymedia offers a 100% Refund on all its services, however it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply.

Florymedia offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all its design services. Customers can claim 100% of their money paid for the service back under the following circumstance:

If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs of the logo or the website. You can request a 100% refund on your project.

Florymedia service’s Refund Policy will be Void if :

  • You have chosen a special or a custom package.
  • The primary design concept (for any service) has been approved.
  • The layout of the website has been approved and designed, developed or if the website has already been launched and deployed live.
  • Requests a refund after the agreed upon start date of the project.
  • The client has approved the content and strategy of the campaign.
  • The campaign has already begun running and delivering results.
  • You have demanded revisions.
  • The cancellation request has been made for reasons unrelated to the project.
  • The company has not been reached out to for a period of 2 weeks or more.
  • Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
  • The creative brief is lacking in required information.
  • A complete design change has been demanded.
  • The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
  • The business is closing or changing name or business.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons unrelated to the service provided will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.”
  • Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any service),
  • The client may be entitled to claim 50% of the refund after discussion with their Project Manager.
  • The refund approval will be at discretion of Florymedia Management.
  • Management’s decision on the matter will be final.
  • If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
  • Cancellations of orders prior to the initiation of the project due to reasons unrelated to the design or marketing service itself for any number of reasons will be subjected to a 33% cancellation administrative fee.

Note: Florymedia hold all the rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of Florymedia. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

Services related to Seo, Social media marketing and Digital Strategies are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. They are not covered under our 100% money back guarantee. If such a service is acquired as part of a Package Deal of any kind, they cannot be used to request a refund on the entire package. Examples of such services are as follows:

  • Website SEO Plans.
  • Social Media Marketing.
  • Google Ads Campaigns.
  • Google Analytics Tracking
  • Conversion Rate Setup
  • Facebook Ads Campaigns.

 

For services that are not covered under the 100% refund policy in case of dissatisfaction the Florymedia management after review the project may choose to offer a partial refund to the client.

Claim Your Refund

To claim your refund, please follow the following steps :

Contact us via email at Support@Florymedia.com to request a refund.

In the email, provide your name, order number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and determine if it meets the criteria for a refund stated above. When the request is approved, we will process the refund within within 24 hours.

To cancel a project prior to project initiation due to reason unrelated to the service itself the refund request must be made within 24 hours of order placement in order to receive a full refund. Failing to do so will cause in receiving a service fee charge if a cancellation is requested after the initial 24 hours.

After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any services submitted by Florymedia, unless mutually agreed with by the company and the customer through written communication. The information will be submitted the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all services provided by Florymedia meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.

Florymedia adheres to industry standards and best practices in all of our services, including website design and development, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and Digital Strategies.

Florymedia will do its best to meet your requirements and our teem do their best to fulfill your expectations.

Our unlimited revisions policy is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. We aim at exceeding your expectations and strive to accomplish it.
At Florymedia we do not stop our revisions until you are completely satisfied with your service (number of revisions will be according to your package).

Delivery Policy

The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation as well as a confirmation email will also be sent. The turnaround time will be according to the package, the minimum time required is 2 business days.

N.D.A. & Reputation Mangement Policy

Florymedia, does not share the customer information with regarding their project or contact details with anyone. The client’s person and project information is kept confidential at all points.

Once the project is completed successfully. Both parties Florymedia and The Client agree not to intentionally defame or otherwise disparage the other with respect to matters arising after project completion.

Record Maintenance

Florymedia keeps the records of finalized designs so that in case of any misplaced order, you will be provided the exact file.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support Team is present in the office Monday – Friday 9 AM to 7 PM GMT to answer all of your concerns and queries over the phone.
All other queries after business hours need to be emailed through the Team Works Account section by the customer and will be picked up the next working day.

Technical Support Policy

Florymedia is primarily a digital marketing service and design service provider.
We will provide the services that the client needs. On occasions our packages and services purchased will include technical aspects to help the client with their websites and emails.
Florymedia will provide the client with the basic information regarding those services and the settings required to make those services works. Florymedia will not be responsible for providing detailed trainings or installations of said services on the Customer’s end. Such services may include but not limited to:

  • Website Deployment.
  • Florymedia will deploy the website for the customer on A Hosting server provided by us.
  • Hosting Service provided by Florymedia is a free service provided to the client as an added feature without any cost.
  • It is acquired from a third Party Service provider.
    A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party)
  • In the event the website is hosted on third party webserver purchased by the customer, Florymedia will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting related issues.

Changes to these terms:

We may change these terms at any time and, if we make changes, we will take reasonable steps to let our Subscribers know about the changes.You can also keep track of whether changes have been made to our terms by referring to the version and effective date at the footer of the terms.
If a change we make has a material effect on you to your detriment then you may, upon demonstrating that detriment to us, cancel your subscription.
However, if you continue to use our services after the changes are made, then you will be agreeing to the changes regardless of the amount of time which has elapsed.Whether a change has a material effect on you to your detriment depends on the nature of the change and your particular circumstances. For example, a change which causes you to incur increased transaction fees, or which removes an entire category of items, could have a material effect on the amount of value you get out of our website.

Interpretation

Words like ‘include’ and ‘including’ are not words of limitation and where anything is within our discretion we mean our sole discretion.
